    I have found that the parents who make comments like this are the ones who feel guilty for working and leaving them with a dcp. It makes them feel better to "think" that their child only has fun with them. It's not fair to the child or dcp though! Obviously a child would prefer to be with their parents but there is nothing wrong with having to go to work and allowing your child to develop relationships with others.
