I include mine on the receipts, others don't. I would ask for the contact details of the professional who is filing her taxes and give it to them directly if you are concerned about privacy and security.

I would ask them for their accountant's phone number and phone them directly. I don't include my SIN on my receipts but I have given it out to 2 parents who had been audited in recent years. I trust my parents so I didn't have an issue giving it to them.

You can do the BIN fairly quickly online and are given an immediate number, or ask for the accountant's contact number and phone them directly with the info.

A few tips...

If you visited or if you're using a childcare provider found on DaycareBear, do not hesitate to leave a review. This will most certainly help other parents!
