    Daycare123, transitioning is just about the only thing I truly hate about this job! It does get easier over time though!

    I think if a child is sick, regardless of when it falls, they should NOT be in care. I also think it sets up a really bad precedence for the future with regard to asking parents to abide by your sick policies of your contract if you start out accepting a child that shouldn't be there.
