Thank you Sunnydays, you really releived some of my stress. I so confused and nervous with this Bill 143. I never understood how the " age thing " works and if it is passed, I will definatly need help from you ladies to clear it up for me.

So if this Bill is approved, how many 1 year old's can we care for?
