I don't think I could concentrate working out during dayhome hours . Last summer I started eating right , lost 40 lbs and have kept that off !! I'm trying to lose the last 25 lbs , I find myself dreaming about being a runner !! Which is weird because I've never cared for it before !! I am watching the snow melt and sidewalks appear and I'm so excited to start a couch to 5k workout !!
I have 5 kids , oldest is 25 and youngest is 5 , besides looking after my parents and my dayhome , the need to run overwhelms me sometimes !!! Lol
I have the eating down and have a cheat day , which works for me , but now want to tone and achieve my last goal ( of weight loss )
This weekend while visiting my mom in the hospital , we were explaining who's who in the family and the nurse couldn't believe my 24 yr old daughter and I weren't sisters !!!!!
Very nice for me !!! But my sister who is one year older than me .... Not as impressed lol !!!

A few tips...

Always ensure that your child receives quality care by taking the time to investigate the provider and by asking for references! We simply cannot verify the claims of every daycare provider.
Updates
We expect providers to keep their listing and available openings up-to-date. However, to prevent oversights, openings expire after 45 days.
