I'm not sure if anyone is interested in the Primal Diet, which I mentioned in a previous post, but on www.marksdailyapple.com every Friday a real life story is posted showing different people's success stories. They are very inspiring and have encouraged me to keep going with developing better habits. You don't have to buy anything special to eat this way, so I'm not trying to sell anything, I have just found this way makes sense and is doable for me and my family!
