I totally understand, this was me last year! I had a lot on the go ( I do cakes too -not as many since we moved provinces though) and with kids underfoot etc, it makes it difficult. Just get back on track! You can do itand if all else fails and you don't have time for exercise, make sure your diet in those days is as close to ideal as possible... Easier said than done I know lol.

On a side note I did my first day of the pop Pilates yesterday and almost died lol. Then this morning the calendar said to do a one minute plank. Not happening! Ha ha. I probably could have done one yesterday morning, before I did 30 minutes of Pilatesbut my abs could not take one minute of plank after all the work they did last night. I feel so out of shape! But it makes me even more determined to do the one month and say I survived!
