Portion control is what I have the hardest time with. I LOVE food! And I'm weak to temptation...especia lly when it comes to sweets

Best way to avoid temptation is to not have it in your house at all. Then if you REALLY want a sweet then you have to actually leave your house to get it, this helps in keeping things in moderation.

That does work but for me, my shoes the groceries and buys it all the time but I have cheated since I started so I'm happy but I have craved and I found it hard. My husband rook the chocolate and hid it from me. I laughed but I worked! Lol
