Wish I could do it for the long haul but I was a professional cook before I opened my daycare and I also love food. My hubby really isn't much help either. He came from a family of unhealthy eaters. I do like to work out though, I got a stationary bike for Christmas. I use that a couple of times a week, then I mix in aerobics and weights throughout the week. I take the weekend off.
My husband was also a cook for many years and makes REALLY good food. That’s why I have such a hard time controlling my portions. And he loves to munch at night so it's hard. Although he told me he will be trying to loose weight soon, hopefully it will help if we're both trying to lose.

Thanks for your post. I decided to start writing what I eat down, it's a great way. I use to do that on the burnstein diet and it always helped.
