I found the website to be interesting although I am not a fan of most diet plans which totally eliminate total food groups. I also don't like it when people rant and bash other people or certain things which does happen on this site which is fair enough as it is a blog with someones personal opinions.
I think what is important, is to treat your body as it simply is, unique. Some people tolerate a raw diet whereas other people will get sick, its the same with lots of diets. Gluten and Wheat intolerances effect over 70% of the western population but it doesn't mean some people cant eat it without issue. My daughter bloats almost instantly after eating gluten so I try to have her as gluten free as possible but she doesn't get stomach ache or poor bowel movements as a result like myself and my husband. Its only my knowledge that has me observing her and knowing that it is a result of an intolerance. My son doesn't have an intolerance, the only one in the house, and I am so grateful as he is vegetarian and a lot of his meat alternatives are made from wheat gluten as soy is just unsafe for everyone. I buy some complex grains with lower levels of gluten such as kamut as they are very healthy and a complete protein also and easier to digest. Each to there own. I love to learn about different methods and what works for others...its always great to share in others triumphs while trying new things and trying to discover the right path for myself![]()
