I had heard from a personal trainer that the "eating" part is the most important thing and you can loose weight just from changing your eating habits. This coming from someone who makes money by helping you to exercise. That being said you will obviously see results faster and as well have the many benefits of exercise if you exercise...just thought I would mention it as I am sure some of us are looking for a small step in the right direction but can get bogged down with feeling you have to "do it all.".
I've heard countless people say this too. I'm focusing on nutrition more for weight and the exercise just for all round well being physically and mentally. It made a big difference starting my day with some high intensity exercise and I feel good for it
