My smoothie is a little high in calories but IMO the benefits out weight the calories (I track my calorie intake) I absolutely love the app "My Fitness Pal"

Cacao powder. 24 cal
Maca powder. 20 cal
Protein powder 100 cal
Coconut oil. 120 cal
Cinnamon. 3 cal
Total. 437 calories


































I will definitely let you all know when I do. Do any of you know how many calories are in these shakes? Any other recipes are always welcomed!
