Thanks! We'll I haven't worked out yet, but I did start dieting again. And to my surprise I didn’t gain the 8 lbs back, I gained 3....i just feel bloated and tired. Exercising sure helps! I will definitely get back into exercising this week! I checked out the calendar you mentioned and registered today. Let's see what comes out of that!

and if all else fails and you don't have time for exercise, make sure your diet in those days is as close to ideal as possible... Easier said than done I know lol.
but my abs could not take one minute of plank after all the work they did last night. I feel so out of shape! But it makes me even more determined to do the one month and say I survived!
