It would all depend on what the contract says. Thanks to a few of the members on this site I decided to add a termination clause to my contract. If it fell under one of the reasons I have listed than I would issue a letter stating the reason and giving the end date of care. I would also tell them in person.
I also have that the reasons listed are just some possible reasons for terming. If it didn't fall under one of those(which would be unlikely because the clause covers pretty much anything) than I would still write up the letter but explain why and than I would add that reason to the clause.
Mamaof4 what happened to the original thread from earlier today? I'm assuming this is the same person now asking anonymously as it seems to much of a coincidence that my post has disappeared into thin air ??
