I have already , it's in my contract as well . When I mention it she always says , oh sorry I forgot ! Or I figured it would be too cold . So I feel like it's an issue now . I will mention it again with a smile , but it's soo frustrating ! I should just be up front and not make such a big deal out of it !

Could you not simply ask the parent to leave outdoor clothes with you permanently and then you will use your best judgement on outdoor time rather than at her request....I can't understand why a parent would pull her kids because their provider said that

That is an odd issue for the parent to have. You would think she would want her child to go out daily and either just send her in dc clothes that can get dirty or send splash pants/jacket/outdoor clothes daily.

In the summer time, the kids get grass stains all the time. I do feel bad about it but the parents always say "no worries, those are dc clothes". If they send their child to dc in nice clothes and they get stained, it's only their fault. They can't blame us for letting children be children.

She probably wouldn't pull for that reason ! Maybe I'm too dramatic !! Usually I ask that they bring everything on Mondays , but I have to keep reminding her every Sunday night . These are the two that are always sick . I do hear if their clothes get marked up or stained ( lunch , crafts ect ) I have asked for play clothes and explained we are big into play !!
We took shovels on our walk and played in the mud puddles , we were filthy but I have always done messy play !!
They go to grandmas house 2days a week so we share the snow/rain gear .
