    I think it depends on the flour. I've used brown rice and the texture was a little different. I have gotten used to it, though.

    This time around I used a gf blend from bob's mill. Pretty pricey, though.
    Isn't it all?!lol I tried making my own flour blend:
    1/2 cup potato starch(not potato flour)
    1/4 cup tapioca starch
    2 tbsp. amaranth or millet flour
    2 tbsp sorghum flour

    I haven't tried it yet but it's ready to go for the next time I need flour.

    Thanks!! I am going to make this into cupcakes and freeze so I can just pull out one for him when needed!
