    I personally find it wordy and confusing. I would simplify it which can still sound professional.

    Basically you just need to say that you would like to have a meeting with the parents without their child present to discuss some ongoing behaioural concerns sometime this week. I would add something about this meeting is a way to discuss the concerns in a collaborative way to explore strategies they perhaps use at home with their child.
