    Hey Everyone,

    under reviews-my account says "can not review this provider right now" I don't really care-and will probably just leave it-but why does it do that?

    Probably because it's on your computer and your account. That's my guess. I've not had any problems with others leaving reviews. I suspect it's in place to help prevent some providers from leaving fake reviews.

    It is based on IP address. I have entered a review on behalf of a family who gave me a written blurb to add to my website. I was able to add that with no problems but then the 2nd time I was unable to add and that's when I learnt that it was based on the IP address that was posting the review. You should however not get the message you are talking about. It is once the review is entered that it gets submitted and reviewed which is the time that the IP address is verified. I'd contact the website tech support to verify what's going on unless they have changed things but they shouldn't know the IP address of the person posting until you submit it.

    I went in to check to see if a client had left a review and I saw the message too. It's just a little notification in the corner that's always there.

    Hmmm I don't have it. I have "Review this provider" button and when I click it, I am taken to the client review form. ???

    I doesn't say it if you look in the context of managing your account. But if you access your profile as a parent searching for daycare would, then it shows up.
