Transition - Terrified

Hey all,

Have you ever gone through a transition where you have to end care...a bad transition and then are terrified about transitions in general? I have 2 children starting in the next few months a few months apart and now feel like "what if it happens again?!"

Am I alone in this?

Yes

But now I have a really good screening process at my interviews. I also have a frank discussion with moms and dads about transitions, how I handle them, what they can do to help, and what will happen if things are not going well.

I still get butterflies the day of a new start, though.
