    If she can not verbalize her toileting needs and/or physically pull her pants down and back up again she is clearly not ready to train. Tell the mother this and say that you will not continue training. Stop it now before it taints the whole experience for this child making it that much harder in the future to have a positive and successful toilet training experience. Work on talking with her and read potty books having her mirror back to you what she needs to say when she needs to pee. Do this for a few months and then go back to it in the summer.
