with Bill 143 but having a hard time deciphering everything and reading what pertains to home daycare provider. Someone did post the link awhile ago but I can't find it now. I guess I didn't bookmark although I was sure I did ,, Would someone be so kind as to post more time for me and I promise I will bookmark.

Kinda boring. Doesn't really talk about any real decisions yet.

They started discussing this bill last fall. They haven't gotten very far. I'm not going to worry about it being passed this year at all any more!
