Is this from the parent that you called CAS on? Sorry, my memory isn't what it used to be !

Really ? That's horrible! I don't mean to be nosy but I don't think I've read about that. What grounds are they 'suing' you for? If they did nothing wrong CAS just goes away (unless you apply for adoption).

I don't think you have anything to worry about. But this is so stressful for you! Sorry to ask, again you can totally not answer my question if it's too personal. Why did you take dc family to court? Because of your suspicions?

I think any judge (IMO) will see that any good dcp would have reported suspicious behavior and that you only did your job. If nothing was wrong CAS would have cleared her? No?

Honestly I feel that if I drop my case then what is the point of even having a contract in the first place

I think this is how I would feel too. To have them drop their case, you have to drop yours first is so ridiculous, just proves that they are in fact the ones suing you out of malice and just in retaliation, not because there is actually any real and genuine distress caused. Some people are simply ridiculous. It's easy for those of us not living your life right now to say what we would do, but to actually be in your shoes is something else entirely, it must be tough...I feel for you.
