I am having trouble with my 14 month old son adjusting to care. I started in April and I currently have two full time girls (2 and 11months) and a part time girl that is 20 months. When my son becomes frustrated, he bangs his head on things like the floor or wall. He has started to take it out on the other children. This morning when I put the 2 year old on the potty, I did not allow him in the bathroom. He continually slams the door. I sat in the door way and tried to talk to him and he went over to the 11 month old and pulled on her amber necklace. I broke them up. He then sits on her. They usually get along so well.

When the 20 month old is here, she cries for most of the time. She is non-verbal and cannot walk yet. The crying bothers my son and he will bear hug her. It is no longer in a nice way.

I don't know what to do. I'm worried that he will hurt someone. He is such a sweet little boy but when he gets upset he goes nuts.

Does anyone have advice on how to better guide his behaviour?
