    Thanks ladies! Let me clarify, the current walker, I am paying $200 a month. Which works out to be $10/day. However, she is already walking to get her own kids, so it is not a huge interference to her. Plus her house is directly across from mine.

    That is why I was curious how much is fair for someone whom may need to go out of their way. I believe min wage here was just raised to $11, from $10.25.

    I am slowly trying to wean out my b/a school children, however, when I relocated to this town, I had to start fresh in terms of daycare and b/a was the huge demand, so that is what I went with.
