This morning, at drop off I had three dcks come in at once, and all three of them reminded me why I love my job. Each one of them came to me and gave me a great big hug. What a nice way to start the day!

We went to the park, had lots of fun, and now nap time is so quiet.... What a great end to this week

The excitement to see me, the random hugs, the silly anecdotes and quotes that make the day special, when you've been working with a child on something and they finally get it and they are so proud of themselves

There is so much I love about my job, it really is the best job I have had and the one I hope to have for the rest of my working life!!

Best Parts in regard to the children and families
-the random hugs and kisses and "I love you 5LM"
-when they don't want to leave at the end of the day
-the laughter and squeals of delight when they are playing
-the cuddles throughout the day
-the hilarious comments they come up with
-the heartfelt thanks and appreciation from parents
-the spur of the moment gifts "just because" from parents


Best Parts in regard to the job as a whole
-working from home
-getting to do all my daily chores during the day if I want
-the personal satisfaction of running a successful business and knowing that I am finally doing my dream job

I love watching kids play and interact. I find it really interesting to see how they come up with their games, the rules they come up with, how they work things out (or not, lol), etc. It is really neat to see how their imagination grows.

I also love the laughter and the kid antics. Their stories.

The fact that they love my singing.

And I am here for my kids, which is why I am doing this.

I saw on the news how some group is starting cuddle parties for adults because the contact human/human is also very important to our health. I thought how lucky I am that when I need a hug I just call out hug time and my little ones come running into my arms..........and it just fills my heart
