I started with an agency and stay with them for about a year. I had a contract with them that stipulated that if I left them I'd no be able to provide daycare for the families enrolled through them for 7 months. Have you checked your contract?

I just told the families about the contract I had with the agency and have to find new families.

When I was pregnant with my first son I had my appointments early in the morning and called parents on my way home to drop off. With the current pregnancy, I have an assistant and she stays with the kids when I have appointments.

A few tips...

Always ensure that your child receives quality care by taking the time to investigate the provider and by asking for references! We simply cannot verify the claims of every daycare provider.

We expect providers to keep their listing and available openings up-to-date. However, to prevent oversights, openings expire after 45 days.
