Any ideas on my court case

So sorry this is happening you...AND that it's made you (& us all) think twice about ever reporting in the future. Can't imagine that this will be anything but thrown out of court. Surprised there is not something like the 'Good Samaritan' law to protect us all!

Do you not have business insurance? There should be some coverage under that for legal support. I used to work in insurance (several year ago) and my memory seems to recall that there should be some Liability and legal coverage. Good luck!

Yes I do have insurance, I will give my broker a call but I have a feeling they may not help me as I switched companies when I bought my home after the case was started. Worth a try though.
