I thought the exact same thing superfun.

During our last conversation, she told me that her older daughter was the "problem child" not the son that I terminated. (No matter how many times I tried to tell her I wasn't terming them because of his actions...it was hers, but this goes back to her not accepting responsibility for anything!!) and I felt so bad for the daughter who heard her mom tell me this.

It also bothers me because I can only imagine what she is telling others of her home daycare experience with me!! There is nothing I can do about that though and I know her accusations are false but unfortunately, people will only hear her story. Oh well....I just have to try and let it go!! Easier said than done lol

We've all had to deal with a parent like that! Be thankful you don't have to deal with her any longer. As for her bad mouthing, people are pretty insightful about where the info is coming from. Don't let her get under your skin.

A few tips...

If you visited or if you're using a childcare provider found on DaycareBear, do not hesitate to leave a review. This will most certainly help other parents!
Updates
We expect providers to keep their listing and available openings up-to-date. However, to prevent oversights, openings expire after 45 days.
