How do you work in a vacation???

What does your contract say? Do you get paid for your holidays?

I don't get paid when I close other than stat days. I adjust all parents pay accordingly

Thanks everyone. I do not have anything specific for paid vacation time in my contract (not currently anyways) but am paid for stats and the Christmas closure. I appreciate the feedback.
