I usually go over drop offs in my interview , I have offered and sent texts with pics of a happy child moments after mom leaves , to reassure that usually if crying occurs it may last a couple of minutes . I think it's just one of those gray areas , it's their children , and it's also my dayhome . I usually try to get parents out the door quickly but if there is days when they are here abit I try not to let it get in the way of my day .!
