Oh geeze! Some parents hey! That is why my wording is "up too"....I thought some parents might even abuse that, " oh I'm already 5 mins late, may as well take my whole 15" but I haven't found that to be the case at all thank goodness!

I have had parents call/text saying they would be late but luckily it is rare that it's past my closing time. I've had a couple times where I didn't charge the fee and those parents didn't abuse my generosity. I also have in my contract that too many late pick ups may result in termination so that probably helps too.
