    That is why I use the deposit for the first 2 weeks of care. I don't have to worry about refunding anything, deposit is already used up. Never had an issue with doing it this way.

    I just termed a boy yesterday. I have a termination clause in my contract that states for immediate termination there are no refunds. Dad emailed me last night and begged to differ as he put it. He was saying I just didn't do my job. I nicely told him why he was termed, and provided a copy of the agreement he signed. He dropped it. You were planning on terming as I understand it, and they left earlier so no refund!.
