Good luck!!!! A quick word of advice, for what it's worth (I did a fair bit of court room time in a nasty, nasty divorce and lawsuit). Don't be demonstrative. Don't make physical gestures to indicate your displeasure about what anyone is saying. Less is more and understated is the way to go...at least that was my experience. Those who sit and shake their heads and 'appear' to be upset tend to (again in my experience), for lack of a better term, annoy the judge. I did not work well for my ex anyway!
