5LM, do NOT feel guilty. Aside from the odd 'organic momma' most of us parents are reliant on pre-packed snacks. My only saving grace is that there are a few that have low sugar and some nutritional value...but you have to search. Seriously...do you know that Veggie Sticks are the equivalent of air filled Ruffles? You can eat more, but still the same crap. It may have brushed up against a veggie, but certainly not enough content to ear 'brand' status. LOL
