Yes that is my thinking and what is in my contract....just wish families did not always question hoping to guilt you into not making them pay I messaged the mom back and explained that as per my contract, I do not allow banked days and spots that are booked are paid for regardless of the reason...I have not had any response so I'm sure she's not happy, but rules are rules, I'm sure they wouldn't allow certain things to happen in their job.
