there is not actually written into the Bill with regards to a grace period or transition time, but the copy & paste letter that all the Liberal MPP's are sending out mentions "Fall 2015" as the implementation time. Hopefully that is the case (and hopefully we can get it amended!) but it would be prudent to have a plan in place for January 1st as well as Sept. 2015, just to cover yourself.
