I have 4 under 2, and 2 of them will be 2 at that point, and my son will be 1 month away from being 2. I also hope we have until then!

I've heard that as well and read in a recent letter that there would, indeed, be a transition time. I'm not affected yet as I'll be in ratio by that time. However, I will have a space sitting empty for 4 months. I've already upped my rates by $5 for that spot but will probably increase another $5.

Committee starts on Monday. If any of you can get out to the rally, that'd be great. If not, send your letters in to all committee members. The list is somewhere on the CICPO main page.
