I had the same issue so set up my own.
I have three based on local geographical areas for providers to post their vacancies but also for parents to post what they are looking for. It's a great way to keep track of which parents change carer's frequently and to see recent trends in day care requirements.
From that, it was clear the providers needed somewhere similar to this, to hash out issues, get information on how other providers would tackle a situation etc, so a local providers page was created.
I would suggest getting at least a couple of other page Admins. It can be too much for one person esp peak times like September.
