IMO if you do before/after school care and want to include stats/school breaks I would have a set monthly fee for before/after school. I would make sure that your contract reads that they are paying for the spot and therefore regular fees are payable regardless of school breaks. That being said I would certainly not expect a family to pay for summer break.
