Have you ever had this happen?

Have you ladies had a daycare child that you end up bragging to other people about even though it's not your kid?

I have this dcb who is 19 months and I swear he is the smartest little thing! Every time I'm with another provider, I find myself going on and on about how advanced he is, the cute things he says and does...you would think he was my own child, lol. I have just bonded so much with him and adore him to no end!

Have any of you had the same thing?

Yes. I don't have children of my own so I call them my daycare kids lol. I often find myself "bragging" about things they have done

I find myself bragging about them once in a while. It's usually the same two, and one of them left at the beginning of November, so I have nothing new to brag about with her.

A few tips...

Always ensure that your child receives quality care by taking the time to investigate the provider and by asking for references! We simply cannot verify the claims of every daycare provider.
Updates
We expect providers to keep their listing and available openings up-to-date. However, to prevent oversights, openings expire after 45 days.
