    Fevers. What to do?

If a child has a fever all Monday then it breaks Monday at 4pm. No fever overnight, no fever in am can they come to daycare tues? Or have to wait till tues 4pm so therefor has to wait till wed to come? My contract says 24hrs fever free but a whole day home on Tuesday with no fever sounds right? Tia.

Mine is 24 hours as well. That late in the day of breaking, I would ask they come Wednesday just in case it spikes again. If it broke in the morning, and stays down, I am more lenient about them coming back the next day.

24 hours free here too. If they came with a fever on Monday, even if it hadn't broken, then they would be sent home. If it breaks at 4pm on the Monday, then the full 24 hours is 4pm on the Tuesday, so yes, so close to closing time would mean Wednesday the earliest for returning to day care.
