    24 hours free here too. If they came with a fever on Monday, even if it hadn't broken, then they would be sent home. If it breaks at 4pm on the Monday, then the full 24 hours is 4pm on the Tuesday, so yes, so close to closing time would mean Wednesday the earliest for returning to day care.
