One idea - what about reducing hours and seeing which clients can manage to do that? I used to work long hours. Now my day care is 07.30am until 4.30pm. I have max children I am allowed but for shorter hours. Sure, some clients can't finish on time but that's okay, they go somewhere different. It mean at end of day, I have family time not still working 12 hours.
