I had several previous clients use cloth diapers, and I was not a fan myself. They had the liner inserts in them, but I tried flushing them with poop in my toilets, and they always clogged. So I was forced to roll up sticky poop on the liner/diaper and put it in a bucket for the parents. Also, they always seemed to leak on my playroom/cots/furniture etc no matter what size they used. Both of these kids got chronic diaper rashes, even with 6 changes a day in 9.5 hrs. Once they switched to disposable( I requested due to chronic leakage) the leaking and diaper rashes stopped. Just my 2 cents, but to each their own.

I not had these liner inserts. I have one cloth diaper parent who put pad in pocket of diaper and also had fleecy rectangle of material to line inside diaper and held prevent stains. Like a strip of material that cover penis to bottom. Is this what you mean by liner insert?

I don't bother trying to flick poop off diaper. I just wrap all up like Pampers and put in bag provided by parent, wet bag I think they called, and give back.

Not had leak issue either except one boy switched from homo milk to 2% after 2nd birthday and it affected his toileting. He would not go as often but then when he did, it was explosion and all inside pants, everywhere. When we realized change began with milk switch, we change him back and no issue. This only time cloth diaper not good enough.

Maybe a brand issue? My client uses Apple something or Bumgenius brand usually.
