Definitely not crusty, they all look exactly like small mosquito bites, thats what was confusing me, even a few days later still small, perfectly round spots! But your post did make me realize that some kids may present a common illness in a very different way. Meaning I can't just rely on Dr. GOOGLE to diagnose for me :-)
