I haven't made an official rule on potty training. If the child is able, I prefer real underwear. About a month ago, I had a child take Monday off, they trained for 3 days, and then came here in real underwear. I insist on pull ups for naps though. This particular child just turned 2 last month, and he's doing better than I could have ever imagined.

I should add, all my parents so far have been wonderful about sending way more extra clothes than necessary. And I never plan to potty train a child without the parents starting it. When they want to potty train, then I'll help them. But if they don't put in the work, I'm not going to either.

A few tips...

If you visited or if you're using a childcare provider found on DaycareBear, do not hesitate to leave a review. This will most certainly help other parents!
