    Actually, yes, boys can get a yeast infection too, so far as I've seen, it's just when they are in diapers and it involves the spots and rash. If this particular child is a girl, then the discharge is vaginal? There's no emoticon for cringing. I personally have never seen this. It is concerning me a bit. I think maybe some Googling is also in order. Definitely a trip to the doctor is in order.

    I know yeast diaper rashes are normal and common but this is a vaginal yeast infection, with only white discharge (no red bumps or rash)

    The red bumps, bleeding can come later if the yeast infection isn't treated promptly.
