I get that you want to have paid stats but you will be operating very differently than most home daycares. Because of how often you close throughout the year, it doesn't seem to be a huge issue for you financially therefore asking for Xmas stat pay would come off as a bit petty if I was in a potential clients shoes. I think the only way for you to get Xmas stats at all is to open for at least part of the break.
