Hi, I got your PM, but thought I would address it here. I am not trying to scare you by any means, but please please check your bylaws to ensure that you are allowed to run a business in your home/rent space. I got in a huge fight with my condo board, and eventually got an exception, but was almost forced out in the process.
I know if I did not have an exception, I would be in violation of my condo bylaws and would have to cease business or leave.
