    Work Force

    Hello everyone!!

I just had a quick question related to the work force. I have a great friend who has done home daycare for the last 10 years and now that her children are grown she wants to go back to the work force. She got a job offer from the school board for a position as a teachers assistant but has no idea in terms of pay what would be a good compensation.
She has a diploma for a teachers assistant, diploma in child psychology and a Montessori teaching diploma for ages 1-3 (mainly took for daycare)
She is fluent in French and Sign Language as well as another European language. She also is fluent in braille.

Anything I could get back to her would be awesome! thank you

They should have a range posted with the position. You are normally entry level salary for any new position unless you have done the same job somewhere else. Also, you didn't say what the position is for...ECE assistant?
